Golf Membership Programs

Initiation Fees
A one-time fee is required to join the membership at Boulder Pointe Golf Club. For residents of the Waterstone community, the fee is $4000.00. The non-residents fee is $5000.00. No part of this initiation fee is refundable at any time. Payment for the initiation fee is due at the time of application.

Annual Fee
The club's membership year will consist of the 12-month period beginning January 1st ending December 31st. Each year the management will determine the annual fee to be payable by all members of the club. Annual fees are due and payable by March 1st.

Single Fee: $2350 / Couple Fee: $2775 / Family Fee: $2950
Family memberships are defined as husband and wife, and any children living at home up to the age of 21.

Corporate Golf Membership Program

Initiation Fees
A one-time fee is required to join the membership at Boulder Pointe Golf Club.  The corporate initiation fee is  $12,000.00. No part of this fee is refundable at any time. Payment of the initiation fee is due at time of application.

Annual Dues
The club’s membership year will consist of the 12-month period beginning January 1st ending December 31st. Each year the management will determine the annual fee to be payable by all members of the club. Annual fees are due and payable by March 1st.

Corporate Annual Dues: $10,700.00, each corporate membership is entitled to four family memberships.  Corporate memberships are transferable within the same company with notice to BPGC. A $500.00 fee is applied to all transfers.

Club Membership Programs

Adding another class of membership affords area and Waterstone residents the opportunity to join Boulder Pointe Golf Club under a preferred status. An annual fee is required.

Annual  Fee: $500.00 per membership.
 
Club Membership Includes:
Range privileges to all areas including grass tee. Four rounds of golf on the Boulder Pointe Golf Course. Access to all member golf and social events. 10% discount on green fees. 10% discount on food & beverage purchases. 10% discount on merchandise purchases. No room rental for private functions. Ability to add family members to Club Membership, fee per family member $100.00.

Family members are defined as spouse, and any children living at home up to the age of 21.
