Managing a golf outing is no easy task. We have thought of everything to make it easier for you. We promise your outing players will be very impressed.

We are excited to offer you a unique tool for keeping your players organized, communicate with them effectively and make your event a memorable one for all of your guests. You will have access to this tool anywhere you can access the internet, and make changes anytime of the day or night.

Please spend just a few minutes after logging onto your tee sheet getting familiar with the functions. Clicking anywhere in the grid will pull up the player information form for that time. Other tools are available at the bottom for entering hole sponsors and contest information. One of the best features is the Automated E-Mail function. Remember to get E-mail addresses as you add players and we will send them a confirmation and directions to the course. Then you can automatically send them a thank you note the day after the outing!

Once entered into the database, we will be able to greet your guests with personalized bag tags and cart tags, player pairings and alphabetical lists. Of course you can move players around as needed and there’s even a ‘Holding area’ for those undecided players.
